A safe place to come home to yourself.

Healing trauma & setting boundaries for South Asians, POC & all who feel unseen.

My approach

Empower Haven Counseling is a culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy practice serving individuals who live between cultures, value systems, and expectations.

Many clients arrive feeling pressure to maintain family harmony while quietly struggling with anxiety, emotional exhaustion, identity questions, or unspoken grief. While immigrant and collectivist cultures offer deep strengths—care, loyalty, and responsibility—they can also make it difficult to express needs, set boundaries, or feel fully understood.

My work centers on helping clients navigate these realities with compassion and clarity. Therapy here is not about separating from culture or family, but about building understanding, balance, and agency within your lived experience.
